The Future Ready Dairy Systems project in Gippsland is part of a national project aimed to show case changes that dairy farmers are making to manage the variable climate. The project has several funders including Dairy Australia & The Australian Government.

The Future of Food
SBS television is showing a 2 part series called The Future of Food. It is all about the global food crisis and is well worth a look. Part 2 screens at 8.30pm on Tuesday February 15th.
